How do I know if and when you will respond?
We reach agreements with you about when we should respond and what action should be taken. Naturally, we hope that no action will ever be needed, but in the unfortunate event that it is, we will follow the response plan we have arranged with you.

How long is your contract?
At EuroPAC, we employ a 1-year contract. When a contract expires, we assess it together with you and can modify it as needed.

Can I contract you for both a residential and a business alarm system?
Absolutely! We are happy to be of service for both your residential and business security needs. We would be happy to provide you with information about the options.

Do you work with personal codes?
When you sign up with EuroPAC Alarm Monitoring, you have the option of choosing a personal password or a personal PIN code. We will implement whatever is easiest for you.
